HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SALES DESIGNER IN BEAUMONT, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sales Designer to join our team in Beaumont, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing company-provided leads and conducting professional in-home consultations with prospective clients, creating stunning, custom pool designs using CAD software, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales experience in any industry, experience with CAD and/or Pool Studio is highly preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate, and an existing book of business is highly preferred. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $75,000 / year
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Requires flexibility for evenings and occasional Saturdays based on client needs)
  • Located in Beaumont, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Manage company-provided leads and conduct professional in-home consultations with prospective clients.
  • Custom Design: Create stunning, custom pool designs using CAD software (we will train you!).
  • Sales & Closing: Present designs in our showroom and guide clients through a structured, 10-day closing process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales activity logs within our CRM system (DBX)
  • Relationship Building: Manage the entire sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and proactively follow up to close deals.
  • Ownership: Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership of your sales pipeline and results

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in any industry. (Experience in pool, construction, or home-design sales is highly preferred).
  • Software Systems: Experience with CAD and/or Pool Studio is highly preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Network: An existing book of business is highly preferred.
  • Mindset: Driven, ambitious, persistent, and eager to thrive in a performance-based sales role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to effectively manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and some Saturdays to accommodate clients.
  • Logistics: Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
  • Languages: Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus, but not required.
