Job description

DEPARTMENT:                 Anodic (Anodizing)

JOB TITLE:                         Operator Level 1

REPORTS TO:                    Department Manager with direction from Team Captain

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS:    Week 1 - Sunday through Tuesday
                                              Week 2 - Sunday through Wednesday
                                              6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

WAGE:                                 $17/hr

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Anodic team.  


What You'll Be Responsible For:

    Process aluminum dies for projects (place on racks)
    Follow detailed instructions based on customer requests
    Take ownership of your work and support team members to do the same
    Inspiring others to work safely and efficiently


Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:

    Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads (lifting 50 - 75 lbs. repeatedly overhead during shift)
    Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
    Maintain excellent attendance
    Ability to work with little to no supervision
    Able to work overtime, as needed

    High School Diploma/GED preferred
    Pass company background and drug screening
