We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team at our Tony Roma's Bones & Burgers Tampa International Mall location. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food preparation, sales, and maintaining cleanliness.
Duties
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Process orders accurately using the TOAST POS system.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, ensuring food safety standards are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms by bussing tables and performing regular cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
  • Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
