Make a real difference in patients' lives. DaVita is seeking an Experienced Patient Care Technician with active CCHT certification to provide hands-on dialysis care in a hospital setting. No dialysis experience required-just a passion for helping others. We provide paid training and opportunities to grow your career in healthcare.

Qualified candidates (dialysis experienced techs with current CCHT certification) are eligible for a $5k Retention Bonus!!
What You'll Do:

  • Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
  • Monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment
  • Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
  • Educate patients on dialysis-related topics
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members


What You'll Need:

  • Dialysis experience is required. MUST have an active CCHT
  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
  • Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
  • Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
  • Previous healthcare experience a plus (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified)
