Job description

Overview Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.

Summary: The Electrical Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for the daily management, leadership and supervision and coordination of overseas technicians performing electrical preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across assigned facilities. The electrical FS provides technical oversight for electrical systems to include main/sub distribution power panels, grounding and bonding systems, switchgear, and lightning protection systems. This position ensures all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and applicable codes and standards.

The FS acts as the primary point of contact between field operations, scheduling, and quality control. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Operations & Supervision * Promote teamwork, accountability, and a safety-first culture. * Supervise multiple facility maintenance and repair Teams in different regions of the world.

* Provide electrical technical expertise and guidance for Technicians. * Provide mentorship, leadership, coaching and guidance for technicians to improve their technical abilities, communication and administrative skills. * Prepare Teams for visits with full documentation and information.

* Review site material and equipment lists for accuracy. * Prepare cost estimates for site visits. * Review site reports, checklists and completed work order for completeness and technical accuracy.

* Prepare weekly reports on team performance, and work progress. * Coordinate with schedulers to ensure annual work plans are being completed in an organized and efficient manner. * Keep up with new technology * Work with Quality Control Staff to improve work quality, implement lessons learned for work improvement and mitigate risk * Conduct site inspections to verify and improve performance and compliance with contract standards.

* Remain current on professional trade licenses, new technologies and any applicable building code revisions. Safety & Compliance * Enforce compliance with all NFPA 70e, contract and Goldbelt Safety Program requirements and quality procedures. * Ensure technicians follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, fall protection, and PPE procedures.

* Conduct toolbox meetings and periodic safety audits. * Report and document all incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly. * Participate in job hazard analyses (JHAs) and support continuous safety improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: * Strong comprehension of electrical equipment and systems to include, but not limited to grounding and bonding systems, switchgear, lightning protection systems, and main/sub distribution power panels. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. * Ability to logically diagnosis system faults under pressure.

* Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Use of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Minimum Qualifications: * Education: * Option 1 - Bachelor's Degree Path: Bachelor's degree in an electrical field from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical design, renovation or electrical maintenance management. * Option 2 - Associate's Degree Path: Associate's degree in an electrical field from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design, renovation or electrical maintenance management.

* Option 3 - Master Electrician Path: A Master Electrician's license; AND 7 years' experience in electrical design, renovation or electrical maintenance management. * An active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. * Must be able to travel overseas and work in various environments (hot, humid, or cold regions).

* Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual and technical labor safely, such as climbing ladders, working on rooftops and be able to lift and carry materials/tools in excess of 25lbs. * Must be available for on-call duty as required. * Be knowledgeable and able to comply with all company, site-specific, and safety regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA and others).

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, supervisors, and colleagues. * Polite, service-oriented attitude with focus on client satisfaction. Pay and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000.
