Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism, and growth.

What you’ll do:
• Service and maintain assigned pools to ensure clean, safe, and balanced water conditions
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on pool equipment
• Proactively identify issues and recommend repairs or upgrades to clients and the office team
• Diagnose leaks and larger repair needs
• Perform seasonal services including pool openings and winterizations
• Maintain accurate service records, including chemical logs and before/after photos
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of hands-on pool service experience
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, circulation systems, and pool equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and think proactively in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a daily route independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
