Inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner - St. Mary's Hospital Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking to hire a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-integrated and growing interdisciplinary Palliative Medicine team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers that cover 5 hospitals and an outpatient practice. This nurse practitioner will be an inpatient provider at primarily St.

Mary's Hospital (SMH), a 391-bed hospital in the Richmond Market. The Nurse Practitioner will provide excellent patient care services through inpatient consultation utilizing expert knowledge and competencies from a foundation of evidence-based practice in palliative care. This position will proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient and family experience related to acute, chronic, and/or progressive disease.
