Nous developpons egalement des solutions d'import automatique qui accelerent le passage depuis des outils comme PSCAD, PSS/E ou PowerFactory vers nos plateformes HYPERSIM et ePHASORSIM, pour permettre une execution stable et performante a grande echelle.

Nous recherchons un Analyste en Reseaux Electriques charge d'analyser, d'interpreter et de convertir des modeles issus de differents logiciels de simulation vers nos outils temps reel. En collaboration avec d'autres analystes et developpeurs, vous explorerez des modeles complexes, identifierez leurs particularites et concevrez des solutions permettant leur adaptation a l'execution temps reel. Curiosite, rigueur et creativite seront essentielles pour relever les defis varies de la modelisation de reseau.


Responsabilites principales :


  • Analyser les reseaux et composants electriques issus de PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSS/E et CYME afin d'identifier les differences et similitudes avec l'environnement OPAL-RT.
  • Rechercher, developper, valider et implementer des composants de reseaux electriques (charges, controleurs, machines, ressources renouvelables) dans l'environnement OPAL-RT
  • Rechercher, developper, valider et implementer des scripts de conversion de composants pour integrer des reseaux tiers dans l'environnement OPAL-RT.
  • Fournir un support client de deuxieme niveau aux clients actuels et potentiels.
  • Collaborer avec des ingenieurs logiciels et des ingenieurs en systemes electriques pour assurer une integration fluide entre les modeles de simulation et les fonctionnalites logicielles.
  • Creer des modeles d'exemple en lien avec les tendances actuelles du marche et les fonctionnalites disponibles dans les produits d'OPAL-RT.


Exigences :


  • Formation : Baccalaureat en genie electrique (maitrise ou doctorat prefere)
  • Experience : 3 a 5 ans d'experience pertinente en systemes electriques (une experience en recherche academique est egalement acceptee)
  • Competences linguistiques : le francais est requis. Une connaissance de l'anglais est necessaire pour la lecture de documentation technique et la collaboration avec des partenaires anglophones.


Atouts importants :


  • Familiarite avec la simulation en temps reel (produits OPAL-RT : RT-LAB, HYPERSIM, ePHASORSIM)
  • Connaissance des outils de simulation tels que PowerFactory, PSCAD, EMTP, PSS/E, SPS/SIMULINK, Modelica, CYME et la norme CIM
  • Experience en solveurs et/ou en modelisation de composants de reseaux electriques

We are looking for a Power System Analyst responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and converting models from various simulation software into our real-time tools. Working with other analysts and developers, you will explore complex models, identify their specific characteristics, and design solutions that allow them to be adapted for real-time execution. Curiosity, rigor, and creativity will be essential to tackling the diverse challenges of power system modeling.



Main responsibilities :


  • Analyze electrical networks and components from PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSS/E, and CYME to identify differences and similarities with OPAL-RT environment.
  • Research, develop, validate and implement power system components like loads, controllers, machines, renewable resources in OPAL-RT environment
  • Research, develop, validate and implement component conversions scripts to bring third party networks to OPAL-RT environment.
  • Provide second level customer support to current and prospect clients.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and power system engineers to ensure seamless integration between simulation models and software features.
  • Create example models relevant to current market trends and available features in OPAL-RT products.

Requirements :


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's or PhD is preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Power Systems (Academic research experience is also valid).
  • Language skills: French is required. Knowledge of English is required for reading technical material and collaborate with English-speaking partners.

Significant assets :


  • Realtime simulation familiarity (OPALRT products: RT-LAB, HYPERSIM, ePHASORSIM).
  • Knowledge of simulation tools such as PowerFactory, PSCAD, EMTP, PSSe, SPS/SIMULINK, Modelica, CYME, and the CIM standard;.
