Overview
Slosburg Real Property, one of the city's largest owner-managers of Class A commercial properties, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Commercial Maintenance / Grounds Crew team.
If you are looking to start or grow your career in commercial property maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity. You will interact with tenants daily while helping maintain the interior and exterior of our properties to first-class standards. Responsibilities
  • Complete light maintenance repairs, including basic electrical and plumbing work
  • Perform general grounds maintenance
  • Weeding, planting, and mulching
  • Trash and debris removal
  • Light snow removal and sweeping of entryways
  • Replace light bulbs and perform routine upkeep
  • Respond to maintenance work orders
  • Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
