Position Overview


The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of Miura’s aftermarket equipment and services to existing customers within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, promoting complete system solutions, and supporting the long-term success of Miura’s installed base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell aftermarket equipment, parts, and services to existing end users.
  • Engage in sales activities with both direct end users and in collaboration with representatives and their customers to expand Miura’s market presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers who do not currently have maintenance contracts or regularly use Miura services.
  • Promote Miura’s Complete Solutions and Lifecycle Partnerships (CSL) to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist the maintenance team with contract renewals as needed.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships across both direct and representative territories.
  • Support internal departments by reviewing billing, contracts, and service-related documentation when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience serving customers in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for a sales environment.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Customer service–oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned direct and representative territories, including multiple overnight stays per month.
