Description of Duties
Title: Returns Processor
Classification: Non-Exempt
Pay Rate*: $21/hr.
Location: Vernon, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM (with some required Saturdays on an as needed basis)
DÔEN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Returns Processor to join our growing team in our distribution center located in Carson, California. The Returns Processor will manage all inbound shipments/returns from Customers and Stores. They will process refunds in our E-commerce Platform and ERP in a timely manner. They will report any beneficial feedback from Customers to the appropriate departments. Diligence and maintaining high Quality Standards are important to this position. Our Returns Processor is the last step in our customers experience and will help by processing returns and replacements orders in a timely manner. The job description below is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process returns from customers in a timely manner, using systems such as Loop, Global-E, Netsuite and Shopify
  • Open inbound packages
  • Perform quality control on each item
  • Put away and organize the units back to stock
  • Separate damaged items and determine if they can be repaired
  • Re tag the items from cleaning with the correct barcode
  • Notify QC Department on which units are being transferred to alterations
  • Communicate any issues to products to our Quality Control Manager
  • Notify Operations team of any system/refund process errors
  • Notify Warehouse Manager of any products that have issues, such as poor sewing, loose buttons, and/or broken zippers
  • Responsible for transferring returned items using the WMS mobile
  • Daily data entry
  • Transfer damages

Orders and Shipping
  • Assist warehouse team with packing and picking if needed
  • Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Assist with inventory counts and verification of stock
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience
  • 1-2 years Warehouse experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and skill sets, cultural experience

  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Provide flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays

Physical Requirements:
