Job description

Sanders & Johnson, Inc., a respected HVAC leader in Littleton, CO, is seeking a skilled full-time Hydronic Boiler Service Tech to join our team. With a competitive pay range of $25.00 - $40.00 per hour (plus commissions and bonuses), this role offers a solid foundation for your HVAC career.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS AS A HYDRONIC BOILER SERVICE TECH:
  • Excellent working knowledge of hot water boilers, associated piping systems, burners, controls, combustion, and electrical circuits
  • Experience performing and utilizing combustion analysis
  • Expert understanding of mechanical codes pertaining to boilers and boiler system wiring
  • Experience with forced-air HVAC equipment such as furnaces and air conditioners
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

NATE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
YOUR ROLE
This is a full-time position, providing a stable work schedule in the heart of our Littleton, CO operations.
In this role, your expertise will shine as you accurately diagnose malfunctions in residential hydronic boilers and offer effective solutions. You'll extend your skills beyond hot water boilers, servicing forced-air furnaces, air conditioning systems, ductless mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment. Your day will be a blend of hands-on work, conducting combustion analysis, and ensuring compliance with mechanical codes. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in educating clients about value-added accessories, enhancing their understanding of the benefits.
