Job Description HVAC Boiler Technician Location: Raleigh, NC Pay: $30-$40 DOE Job Type: Full-Time | Overtime Available | About the Role: We're looking for experienced HVAC Boiler Technicians to join our team. In this role, you'll handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems - up to 1,000 tons - including boilers, rooftop units, and control systems. You'll play a key role in keeping our customers' systems running efficiently, while delivering top-notch service.

What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment (up to 1,000 tons) Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specs to identify issues Diagnose and repair control systems, refrigeration circuits, and mechanical components Maintain accurate records of work, materials used, and time spent on each job Provide on-site technical support and retraining for customers as needed Recommend repairs and system upgrades to customers Deliver parts and support project timelines Mentor and support apprentices when required What We're Looking For Experience: 5+ years of Boiler commercial/industrial HVAC service experience. Education: Associate's degree or trade school certification in HVAC (or equivalent experience). Certifications: EPA Universal Certification (required).

License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and solve problems on the spot. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in various environments, including extreme temperatures and heights.
