What is a BOH associate?

A BOH (Back of House) Associate is a staff member who works behind the scenes in areas such as restaurants, retail stores, or hospitality venues. Their responsibilities typically include tasks like inventory management, food preparation, stocking supplies, cleaning, and supporting the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. You'll also play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, which helps the entire team operate efficiently. Collaboration and adaptability are crucial for meeting customer expectations and maintaining a positive work environment.
