Job Summary: Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Boeing Defense, Space & Security (VC-25B Team) About the Role: Join Boeing's Defense, Space, and Security division in San Antonio, TX as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst for the high-impact VC-25B program. This onsite contract role empowers you to lead process improvement, resolve daily production constraints, and collaborate across teams to drive operational success in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities: - Proactively resolve manufacturing constraints by researching parts, engineering details, and future schedules. - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and sustain production flow. - Track, status, and communicate constraint resolution using Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) and related systems. - Attend and lead Tier meetings and line reviews, presenting updates to both senior leadership and shop-floor teams. - Develop and present project proposals, assist mechanics with technical data interpretation, and support tool procurement/modification. - Coach teammates and less experienced mechanics to build operational knowledge and skills. - Assist in closing quality corrective actions, investigating root causes, and proposing solutions. - Foster a culture of communication, emotional intelligence, and customer service. Required Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of critical problem solving in manufacturing, including issue resolution and procedure development. - 3+ years reading technical aircraft data and using computer-based data systems. - 3+ years of aircraft maintenance or modification experience. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. - Ability to work any shift; regular onsite attendance at San Antonio, TX location. Preferred Skills: - Experience with GOLD, I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM, and SAT software. - Active US Security Clearance (Secret level or above), SSBI, or ability to obtain Yankee White Clearance. - Leadership and project management experience. - Line Side Control Center or depot-level modification/maintenance background.
