Field Service Representative- Part-time/As-needed

*Must live in and be willing to travel within the Central/Southern Virginia area.

We’re growing our team and currently hiring for a field-based role in Central & Southern Virginia.

This position does not have a fixed weekly schedule. While there are general reoccurring visits, availability and days may change with approximately one week's notice.

Preference is given to retired or active public safety professionals (law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, or military) who understand the unique demands of the job and can build credibility with agencies and frontline personnel.

We are seeking a trusted Independent Field Service Representative to serve public safety professionals by representing our line of uniforms, body armor, duty gear, and customized protective apparel. This role is centered on service and relationships—helping agencies and individuals find the right solutions to support their mission and keep them safe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide support through on-site visits, fit consultations, and professional product presentations.
  • Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and public safety events as a trusted representative.

Customer Service & Relationship Building

  • Build long-term partnerships with agencies by delivering reliable, honest, and responsive service.
  • Assist customers with product selection, certified sizing, and customization options.
  • Coordinate with company operations to ensure smooth ordering, delivery, and follow-up support.

Product & Industry Expertise

  • Complete all required product and certified sizing training prior to field assignments.
  • Stay informed on product advancements, compliance standards, and safety requirements affecting public safety apparel and protective gear.
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to help continuously improve offerings and service.

  • Retired, active, or prior service in law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, or military strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with frontline professionals and agency leaders.
  • A service-first mindset with a focus on relationships over transactions.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage territory activities independently.
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Willingness to complete mandatory product and certified sizing training.
