Body Holistics Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Germantown, Maryland. This full-time position primarily involves delivering specialized care to patients in our outpatient clinic, with the goal of enhancing their mobility, physical function, and overall quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in implementing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

The role is based in our state-of-the-art outpatient office, which is equipped with the latest technology and resources to facilitate effective rehabilitation. Our work hours are convenient for both staff and patients, with a typical schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This structured work environment allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care without the chaotic atmosphere often found in hospital settings.

• Provide tailored physical therapy interventions designed to meet the specific goals of each patient.
• Manage an appropriate caseload that allows for high-quality care and personal interaction with each individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective treatment techniques.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based treatments and interventions.
• Engage patients through motivational strategies throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they remain committed to their treatment plans.
• Emphasize non-surgical alternatives and promote healthy lifestyle choices that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient progress and services rendered using EMR software, particularly WebPT.

At Body Holistics Rehab Center, we serve a diverse patient population ranging from active athletes to individuals recovering from surgeries or injuries. Our focus is on delivering personalized care to address a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients dealing with chronic pain, sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and other physical challenges.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland is essential, along with a clean record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and treatment modalities.
• Strong skills in developing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Current knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting focused on orthopedic physical therapy.
• A solid understanding of contemporary rehabilitation practices and technologies.
• Experience in developing multidisciplinary treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
