Body Shop Manager
Egglefield Ford, a 116-year family-owned dealership, is seeking a Body Shop Manager with strong hands-on experience in collision repair. This role is ideal for a seasoned body technician who understands the workflow, takes pride in quality repairs, and is ready to move into a leadership position.
Position Overview
The Body Shop Manager oversees all daily operations of the collision center, including repair workflow, estimating, insurance communication, quality control, and team leadership. This role requires technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to guide technicians while maintaining high repair standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate repair workflow from intake to completion
  • Write accurate estimates and communicate with insurance companies
  • Oversee quality control and ensure repairs meet OEM standards
  • Lead, support, and develop body shop technicians
