Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry? Do you love taking things apart to understand how they work? If so, we want YOU on our team!

We’re looking for a Disassembly Technician to support our fast-paced, high-quality collision repair operation. This role is essential to our repair process—your careful inspections and accurate damage assessments help ensure every vehicle is repaired safely, correctly, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As our Disassembly Technician, you will:

  • Follow the complete blueprinting and DFR disassembly process for every vehicle.
  • Carefully disassemble vehicles after the initial estimate to uncover internal, structural, and hidden damage.
  • Create detailed damage reports, including supplemental damage, required parts, blend panels, small parts, and one-time-use fasteners.
  • Communicate clearly with the Production Manager/Estimator regarding any supplements.
  • Perform light auto body work such as sanding, minor bumper repairs, and finishing.
  • Reassemble vehicles with precision—installing moldings, trim, and finishing parts.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Participate in daily release meetings and assist with additional tasks as needed.

What You Bring

  • High School diploma (or equivalent).
  • Experience with vehicle disassembly or blueprinting is a plus—but not required!
  • Familiarity with automotive hand tools.
  • I-CAR or industry training is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
  • A strong team mindset and a positive attitude.
  • A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.

No experience? No problem! We provide company-sponsored training, including I-CAR, OEM certifications, 3M programs, and more.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Bend, kneel, stoop, push, and pull
  • Lift and carry heavy objects
  • Stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday

Why Join Us?

  • Full-time, stable schedule—no weekends!
  • Opportunities for paid training and career growth
  • A supportive, team-focused workplace
  • Be a key player in producing high-quality, safe, and beautiful vehicle repairs

If you’re ready to grow your skills, love working with your hands, and want to be part of a respected, high-performing team, apply today!
