The Director- System Operations is a member of the leadership team of the system, reporting to a VP. Responsibilities include establishing strategic direction for areas of responsibility to include oversight and support on administrative requirements, operations and projects, including financial and contractual for areas of responsibility. Accountability for standards of operational best practices, regulations, and guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
Minimum Required: Master's of Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business Degree | Minimum Required: 6 - 10 Years equivalent experience
