Collision / Body Shop Estimator

Compensation: $100,000+ per year (Performance-Based Income)


Job Summary

Van Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru is growing our Collision Center and is actively seeking an experienced Collision / Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri.

This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated professional who can accurately assess vehicle damage, write thorough estimates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you are performance-driven and want unlimited earning potential, we want to speak with you.


Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles and assess collision and body damage

  • Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC One

  • Communicate repair process, cost, and timelines to customers

  • Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repair flow

  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance standards

  • Manage repair status and customer follow-up

  • Contribute to cycle time efficiency and overall shop profitability


Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Collision Estimator required

  • Dealership or DRP experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures

  • Proficiency with CCC One estimating software

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • High level of organization and urgency

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
