Our mission is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to promote healing and improve our patients' quality of life.

Work Environment

This position is onsite within our modern rehabilitation center, where you will be surrounded by a collaborative team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient-centered care. You will work in an atmosphere that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and professional development. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life setting while responding to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients to assess their rehabilitation goals, understanding their unique circumstances to tailor effective treatment plans.
  • Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring quality care and attention to each patient's specific needs.
  • Utilize your prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to apply best practices in treatment methodologies.
  • Provide innovative and cost-effective treatment options that focus on improving patient mobility and overall functional ability.
  • Advocate for non-surgical alternatives, minimizing reliance on medications through therapeutic interventions.
  • Design and implement customized care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment approaches, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Deliver personalized fitness and wellness programs to address individual patient requirements and promote long-term health benefits.
  • Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a supportive environment where they can achieve their functional goals.
  • Enhance patient lifestyles by emphasizing strength building, flexibility, balance, and coordination techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
  • Assess treatment effects and monitor patient progress through consistent evaluation and open communication.
  • Thoroughly document services delivered and patient interactions to maintain accurate records of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, focusing on those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current California license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with no disciplinary actions against your license.

  • Strong background in developing customized exercise routines and rehabilitation programs.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT for efficient documentation and patient tracking.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of advanced therapeutic techniques, including dry needling or kinesiology taping, is a plus.
  • Prior experience managing diverse caseloads effectively and in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
