This position is ideally suited for a dedicated professional who will play a vital role in guiding patients on their journey to recovery, rehabilitation, and optimal physical performance.

Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine technology that enhances therapeutic interventions. Our dedicated team consists of skilled professionals specifically trained to deliver exceptional care tailored to individual patient needs.

Work Environment

The work environment at our rehabilitation center is collaborative and focused on delivering the highest quality care. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work alongside two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), allowing for teamwork and shared best practices. Our facility is designed to promote effective rehabilitation and healing, providing a supportive and conducive atmosphere for both staff and patients. Your daily work schedule will run from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations, recognizing their objectives, and establishing personalized treatment plans that effectively meet those goals.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized and focused care.
  • Utilize cost-effective therapies to enhance patients' mobility and range of motion, while reducing the reliance on medication and exploring non-surgical alternatives.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques based on evidence-based practices, including manual therapy and individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient's conditions and goals.
  • Encourage patient motivation and active participation throughout their treatment to foster accountability and improved outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach toward patient care and monitoring progress effectively.
  • Accurately document treatments and patient progress in electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high standard of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on orthopedic patients, offering care to individuals experiencing a range of musculoskeletal issues. You will work with diverse populations, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking to enhance their functional mobility. By emphasizing personalized care, we aim to optimize patient outcomes, enabling clients to return to their daily activities and achieve their health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure the highest level of clinical expertise.
  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, with no records of any board or disciplinary actions.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques as well as the design and implementation of comprehensive exercise regimens is essential to this role.
  • Experience in utilizing EMR software like WebPT to ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, preferably in a private practice environment.
  • A strong understanding of evolving therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuous education and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits
