Job description

Connect Staffing está buscando un Operador de Montacargas Reach para una instalación de producción de alimentos en Bloomington, CA. Este es un puesto de largo plazo con posibilidad de contratación permanente en turno nocturno, con un pago de $20.50/hr. En este trabajo vas a operar un montacargas reach standup para cargar, descargar y acomodar producto en las áreas designadas de la bodega. El horario es de lunes a viernes con tiempo extra requerido según la carga de trabajo.


Pago: $20.50/hr

Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Ubicación: Bloomington, CA 92316

Responsabilidades

  • Operar un montacargas reach standup para mover producto dentro de la bodega de una instalación de manufactura de alimentos.
  • Acomodar y organizar producto en las áreas designadas de la bodega siguiendo instrucciones de ubicación.
  • Verificar que el producto esté bien colocado y que las áreas de trabajo estén ordenadas y seguras.
  • Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la instalación al manejar el montacargas en áreas de producción y almacenamiento.
  • Reportar daños al producto, equipo o áreas de almacenamiento al supervisor de turno.


Requisitos Mínimos

  • 1+ año de experiencia operando un montacargas reach standup.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés y español.


Calificaciones Preferidas

  • Experiencia trabajando en una bodega de producción de alimentos, manufactura o distribución.
  • Familiaridad con procedimientos de seguridad en bodegas refrigeradas o de manufactura.
  • Experiencia trabajando en turno nocturno o en entornos de producción con cuotas.
  • Capacidad para leer etiquetas de producto y seguir instrucciones de ubicación en la bodega.
  • Experiencia operando otros tipos de montacargas como sit-down, pallet jack eléctrico o walkie rider.
