Position- Mechanic Lead

Position Description
Job Description
-Service, diagnose and make repairs on all types of boats and marine engines including inboards, outboards, Pwc’s and sterndrives
-Make lake service calls and trailer boats to the lake for testing when necessary

-Have at a minimum, one Certification from a recognized manufacturer, Mercury, Mercruiser, Yamaha, Suzuki or Seadoo.

-Train other personnel in the care and maintenance of various marine engines and applications.
-Provide service manager and /or customer with detailed and accurate description of diagnosis and parts needed for repairs
-Assist in moving in and out of boat show and other lake events when needed
-Attend manufacture training schools when required for certifications
Experience amp; Qualifications
-3 years mechanical experience preferred
-Boating experience a must
-Must have valid driver's/boating license

-1 year of experience in a supervisory role
