In this hands-on role, you'll work on a variety of marine construction projects including dock installations, steel fabrication, and general shoreline structures. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction trades-carpentry, masonry, welding-or experience operating equipment and work skiffs, but above all, we're looking for someone eager to work hard, learn quickly, and thrive on a team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with construction and installation of docks and marine structures
Perform heavy steel fabrication, rigging, cutting, and assembly.
Operate power tools and assist with carpentry, concrete, and other jobsite tasks
Work alongside machine operators and step into operating roles as needed (if trained)
Torch cutting and basic welding support (training available if needed)
Collaborate with a team to meet daily construction goals and adapt to changing priorities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies
Qualifications
4+ years of construction or dock building experience preferred
Hands-on skills in any of the following are helpful:
Carpentry
Masonry
Equipment Operation
Welding or Torch Cutting
Boat operating experience is a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt on the job
Physically able to work outdoors in variable conditions and lift heavy materials
