Lake Chabot Hospitality is looking for an energetic, experienced General Manager to lead the operation of our vibrant marina nestled in the scenic Oakland Hills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day marina, boat rental, F amp; B and retail operations with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Elevate the guest experience by upholding and championing exceptional service standards across all areas.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor both seasonal and full-time team members in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect guests, staff, and natural resources.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations
  • Experience with F amp;B or retail management highly desired
  • Strong background in managing seasonal teams and building high-performance cultures
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
  • Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
