Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Member

Do you love getting to work outside and on the water? Do you have a passion for customer service, problem solving, and business management? Seattle Boat is hiring for multiple Funshare & Fuel Dock Crew Members to join us for the 2026 season.

Over the past 40 years, Seattle Boat Co. has become a premier marine dealership situated in the heart of the world's finest, most spectacular boating waterways. Our excellent customer service and business management enable us to provide a great environment for our people and make meaningful contributions to our community. End of Seasonal Commitment | Mid-August through Mid-October

Compensation: $21.30/hour

Anticipated Hours: 25-35/week; weekends needed!

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older

Location: Newport (Bellevue) Primary, Lake Union Secondary (flexibility to cover shifts at other locations as needed)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide exemplary service to customers while being a team player with your co-workers
  • Promote a fun and safe boating culture for our boat club members
  • Maintain cleanliness of our FunShare boat club fleet, marina docks, and fuel docks
  • Provide support to lift operators, FunShare members, and fuel dock customers
  • Operate powerboats ranging from 19'-25' (training provided)
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Required:
    • 18 years of age or older
    • Commitment of your full summer
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends included!)
    • Open to working and covering shifts at different locations as needed
    • Willingness to work summer holidays as assigned
    • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
    • A good work ethic and positive attitude
    • Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Basic computer skills
    • Boating experience
    • A love for being on and around the water
    • Prior experience working with POS systems
