Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of IPS Adhesives facilities including sanitizing, vacuuming and mopping floors, and collecting trash to ensure associates have a clean work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sanitize surfaces and bathrooms
  • Restock paper and soap supplies
  • Empty trash receptacles, disposes trash into dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal
  • Clean floors including mopping and vacuuming
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Previous custodial/housekeeping experience preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
  • Considerable physical activity; lifting, pushing, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Work environment involves some exposure to cleaning chemicals, which require following basic safety precautions.
