About the Role

Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a structured caseload across the Williamsburg region, supporting clients in nearby areas including Richmond and Chesapeake.

This role is ideal for a BCBA looking to build a consistent, high-hour caseload with a mix of afternoon, evening, and weekend services, while maintaining a flexible and efficient weekly schedule.
