Little Champs ABA is hiring an experienced BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Cottonwood Heights, Utah center as a Center Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact for children, families, and clinical teams.

What You’ll Do

As our BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Center Director, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cottonwood Heights center while supporting a strong culture of quality, teamwork, and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA programming

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members

  • Ensure high-quality and ethical ABA services

  • Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making

  • Partner with parents and caregivers to provide an excellent family experience
