Job description

Achieve the profitable growth of E-commerce portfolio in the respective Region, through the implementation of E-Commerce Distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve the Regional Commercial targets
- Implement Allianz Trade E-Commerce target distribution model by managing the team in charge of direct/indirect sales and CSM's
- Implement Regional distribution elements of marketing plan
- Support the Group Dist & Partnership team with relationship of partners in respective Regions (Banks, CMS's, PSP's, Brokers, Agents, Allianz)
Ability to build long-term relationships in a changing business environment
- Ability to scale up a Sales and CSM organization from its current base in the Region, understanding of API's and technology behind our solution
- Ability to create the market demand for BNPL, Embedded Finance and Online Sellers. - Coordinating the listing of our product in the US. Coordinating the marketing activities with local marketing teams, attending to events, roundtables to increase market awareness for e-commerce.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Market knowledge:
- In depth know-how in E-Commerce and markets specifics of the Region
- Ability to translate market know-how into new initiatives for AZT's long term growth
- Business focus: interest in and knowledge of the E-Commerce in the respective Region and major market trends in Payments, BNPL, Credit Cards, Fintechs, Finance and Banking
Business expertise:
- Strong knowledge in distribution steering, API/Tech knowledge in general and more precisely with Partners, Sales and CSM teams
Interpersonal skills:
- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to internals stakeholders in Group/Regions
- Ability to motivate Sales and CSM teams and other stakeholders, monitoring of Salesforce performance

Total compensation range:
