A venture-backed fintech startup is looking for a Collections Specialist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in consumer collections or financial services who thrives in a modern, tech-forward environment. We're looking for a confident communicator and problem-solver who can operate effectively in a fast-moving company — both independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage consumer collections activity and help customers find workable payment solutions
