Job description

Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate (Client Advisor) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, client-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience. In this role, you will build lasting relationships, understand each client’s needs, and provide personalized BMW product solutions. A minimum of two years of BMW or luxury automotive sales experience is required.
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of BMW or luxury automotive sales experience required
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Previous BMW or luxury automotive sales experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Build long-term client relationships to create customers for life
  • Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process using a consultative sales approach
  • Identify customer needs through thoughtful questions and attentive listening

  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to review goals, performance, and sales strategies
