BMW of Dayton is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our team.

BMW of Dayton is part of the Evans Dealer Group, a family-owned automotive company with 100 years in the automobile business. What You’ll Do
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new BMW vehicles
  • Build lasting relationships through a professional and consultative sales experience
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers
  • Learn BMW products, technology, incentives, and available programs
  • Work closely with sales managers and the finance department to complete transactions
  • Help customers understand and enjoy their vehicle’s features during delivery
  • Meet individual and dealership sales and customer-satisfaction goals
  • Represent BMW of Dayton professionally in person, over the phone, and online
