BRIEF DESCRIPTION
BluSky's Call Center Representative role is an integral part of our organization, responsible for engaging prospective and existing BluSky customers to promote products and services, generate sales, and deliver exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, conveying a message of empathy and compassion to our customers in emergency or non-emergency situations, with an inquisitive curiosity to obtain critical information, in a fast-paced environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, web inquiries and other mediums with professionalism, empathy, and compassion, assuring customers BluSky can exceed their needs.
  • Accurately accept and enter customer information into BluSky system.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with BluSky customers, external and internal stakeholders to drive new and repeat business.
  • Connect customers with the appropriate department or BluSky location via warm transfer, dispatching the customer's emergencies/services requests.
  • Stay informed about BluSky products, services, and industry trends to promote organizational sales strategies and results.
  • Responsible for monitoring numerous systems, internet pages and other technologies investigating for disasters/emergencies that could lead to possible lead/opportunity generation.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to provide and improve timely positive customer outcomes/results.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This role has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Salesforce, Zoom Call Center, and other related technologies.
  • Has the ability to make sound decisions while under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including solid listening skills, to ascertain relevant client data.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with BluSky management, peers, and clients/customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Call Center Representatives will be assigned a designated shift. Flexibility to cover another colleague's shift and/or to work overtime during high call volume periods if needed, and if the assigned shift falls on a designated company holiday, as BluSky operates 24/7/365.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college experience preferred.
