Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector – CNC Machining Shop

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Position Summary:

  • The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure they
  • meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical in
  • maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machined
  • components
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges,
  • CMM, etc.)
  • Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
  • Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective

  • Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machining
