We're a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don't Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.
The Role The Senior Director of Global Clinical Networks is the architect of the Blueprint Immortals Concierge international expansion. You will take our world-leading Immortals Concierge service, and build a network of partner clinics around the world who can provide the Immortals Concierge service locally. You will bridge the gap between our U.S. medical team's scientific rigor and the operational realities of international business, ensuring that a patient in Singapore, Bangkok, and Zurich all receives the exact same elite level of care as a patient in Los Angeles.

  • Network Architecture: Design and execute the "Blueprint Authorized" licensing framework, including the operational playbook, branding guidelines, and financial models for international partner clinics.
  • Clinic Partner Management: Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, vetting, and onboarding new clinic partners, including complex contract negotiations and cultural alignment.
  • Medical Standardization & Training: Collaborate with the U.S. medical team to translate protocols into a global "Knowledge Ecosystem," including the creation of training certifications and digital sharing platforms.
  • Accountability & Quality Control: Implement rigorous auditing and "Medical Excellence" KPIs to ensure every licensed clinic adheres to the Immortals Concierge evidence-based standards.
  • Community & Best Practices: Build and moderate an exclusive global community among clinic leads to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and rapid protocol iteration.
  • International Growth Strategy: Partner with the international team to drive market-specific patient acquisition strategies and manage the cross-border referral network for the Immortals clientele.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in international operations, specifically scaling high-end service networks or clinical licensing models.
  • Proven track record of building a brand internationally, including negotiating international IP or licensing contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from scratch in a fast-paced, "zero-to-one" environment.
  • Strong technical and medical literacy (ability to oversee the build-out of a knowledge-sharing, patient management, and customer facing systems).

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong preference for healthcare or experience with clinical operations.
  • Experience in the Longevity, Functional, or Precision Medicine space.
  • Experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) service models or luxury medical concierge.
