FRONT DESK & RETAIL COORDINATOR

Blueberry Moon Salon • Beauty Apothecary • Spa

Part-Time | 30–32 Hours Per Week

Blueberry Moon is looking for a warm, engaging, customer-service-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk & Retail Coordinator.

As the first and last impression of our salon, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences while helping support the daily operations of our busy salon and spa.

We are seeking someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and pays close attention to detail. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and enjoys building relationships with guests while supporting retail sales and front desk operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments accurately
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily payments
• Recommend retail products and support retail sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Communicate effectively with service providers and team members
• Assist with daily salon operations as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and forward-facing personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable handling payments and retail transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Salon, spa, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus

SCHEDULE

• 30–35 hours per week
• Saturdays required
• Evening availability required
• Typically off Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
