Job description

Job Title: Facilities Infrastructure & Connectivity Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Infrastructure & Connectivity Coordinator to manage the tracking and assignment of Points of Connection (POC) for complex utility services within a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility. In this role, you will act as a technical liaison between the project team and facility operations, ensuring that all lateral connections, valve manifold boxes (VMBs), and distribution points are accurately documented, tagged, and verified. You will balance sophisticated database management with hands-on field verification to support the highest priorities of the facility's expansion and operational capacity.
Key Responsibilities
• Connectivity Management: Track and assign utility points of connection (POC) from main distribution lines to end-use equipment. Manage the lifecycle of Technical Service Requests (TSR) and ensure data integrity within the facility database.
• Technical Documentation: Review engineering data and technical service requests; reach out to multi-disciplinary teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Process) to obtain missing technical specifications.
• Digital Coordination: Lead Bluebeam sessions to perform digital markups and prepare technical documentation for project meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Field Verification & Tagging: Conduct regular field walks to verify the availability of POC sites, confirm lateral installations, and validate the physical locations of VMBs and distribution hardware.
• Physical Assets: Create and install physical identification markers (laminated streamers) in the field to ensure accurate tagging and identification of infrastructure components.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with Facilities Engineering to refine capacity models and participate in cross-functional project meetings to resolve infrastructure challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Technical Experience: * Proven experience managing and navigating complex technical databases.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote).
• Skills: * Exceptional organizational and professional communication skills.
• Ability to perform "Bluebeam" markups and interpret technical drawings.
• Physicality & Mobility: * Ability to perform field work within an industrial facility environment.
• Flexibility to travel to the client site as required for onsite project execution.
• Attributes: A "quick learner" mindset with a drive to broaden your knowledge base in a high-velocity construction or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Credentials
• Familiarity with Semiconductor design and/or construction standards.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP) systems in a manufacturing context.
