Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Blue Yonder Discrete initiatives within supply chain and logistics operations. In this role, you will collaborate with operational stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful implementation of Blue Yonder solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
  • Support workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis sessions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Assist with testing coordination, UAT activities, and issue tracking.
  • Support process optimization initiatives related to Blue Yonder Discrete.
  • Participate in solution validation and deployment activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise systems environments.
  • Experience supporting Blue Yonder-related initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and requirement gathering.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile project environments.

Preferred Qualifications
