Job description

True North Classical Academies, a network of high-achieving classical schools in Miami, FL, is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Math educators to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are specifically looking for Math teachers with a deep understanding of their subject and a commitment to academic excellence. Ideal candidates will be excited to teach Middle or High School students and bring Mathematics to life whether it is  Algebra and Geometry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university.

  • Certification is not required to teach at True North.

  • Candidates align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy.

Competitive Compensation: Starting salary for new teachers, without experience,  begins at $52,470.  Starting salary for experienced teachers based on experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:

  • Master’s supplement: $3,410

  • Doctorate supplement: $7,920
