Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for GenAI, automation, and agentic AI, engaging senior executives and business partners.
  • Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in servicing, operations, compliance, and business processes.
  • Design and develop GenAI solutions that include data ingestion, pre-processing, search and retrieval, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning and prompt engineering
  • Design and implement AI solutions that integrate process automation, orchestration layers, RPA/IPA (Intelligent Process Automation), and agentic models into enterprise workflows.
  • Prototype and scale autonomous assistants that streamline end-to-end journeys
  • Build and automate pipelines for LLMOps, ensuring continuous delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for responsible AI.
  • Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, ML/AI Ops, and engineering to operationalize automation use cases that drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Lead adoption of AI-enhanced engineering practices - from code generation to automated testing, workflow optimization, and knowledge grounding.

  • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for governance, compliance, and process transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with information retrieval, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
  • Strong background in automation technologies (workflow orchestration, RPA/IPA tools, agent frameworks, or business process management).
  • Experience identifying and re-engineering manual workflows using AI and automation.
  • Knowledge of LLM development, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with agent-based architectures or multi-agent systems (LangChain agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills (Python, Java, TypeScript, C#).
  • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • GitHub Copilot experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional automation or AI initiatives.

Salary:

$103,200.00 - $192,000.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
