As an ABA Recruiter, you will play a vital role in finding, attracting, and hiring qualified ABA professionals, ensuring a pipeline of talented candidates to support our organization's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through top job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn
• Conduct video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track applicants in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support credential verification, background checks, and onboarding steps
• Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience
