JOB DESCRIPTION
Join Our Kitchen Team!


Blue Line Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Prep Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food while helping keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that serves great food with outstanding customer service, we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Do


  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, measuring, and portioning food.
  • Assist cooks by ensuring ingredients are ready before each shift.
  • Prepare sauces, soups, salads, and other menu items according to recipes.
  • Label, date, rotate, and properly store food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory.
  • Help with additional kitchen duties as assigned.

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
