As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments with clients to establish individualized treatment goals.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with clients' needs, including both short-term and long-term treatment strategies.
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare providers.
• Providing preventive therapy designed to address mental health issues before they escalate.
• Maintaining meticulous records of sessions and ensuring all documentation is timely and compliant with organizational standards.
• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Embodying and enhancing the therapeutic environment and organizational culture through proactive engagement and support.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clinic is dedicated to serving all ages and backgrounds, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• A Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on developing rapport with clients.
• Effective collaborative skills necessary for engaging with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.

In addition to the qualifications above, we prefer candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a similar clinical setting.
• Experience working with community mental health resources and an understanding of referral processes.
