As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at CloudWave, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments with clients to establish treatment goals tailored to their unique needs.
• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in overcoming challenges and achieving desired outcomes.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing individualized treatment plans to ensure ongoing progress.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
• Completing all required documentation accurately and within designated timelines to maintain compliance and ensure continuity of care.
• Managing a consistent caseload while maintaining detailed session notes to track client progress.
• Participating in regular staff meetings, contributing to team cohesion and sharing insights to enhance treatment practices.
• Actively contributing to the enrichment of our clinic’s culture through innovative ideas and teamwork.

You will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our client population is diverse, representing various demographics and backgrounds, and we are dedicated to providing culturally sensitive therapy that respects and acknowledges each individual's experiences and identities.

• Active and unrestricted license as a LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and how to leverage them for client benefit.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Previous work experience in community-based mental health settings.
