Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Services Representative to drive growth by acquiring new users and employer clients. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, results-driven, and comfortable working both in the field and over the phone.

You will play a key role in expanding our platform by connecting with blue-collar workers and companies that are actively hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and engage blue-collar workers through in-person outreach, phone, and digital channels.
Educate potential users about Blukers and convert them into active paying members.
Identify and contact employers to promote Blukers as a hiring solution.
Present and sell membership plans and employer service packages.
Onboard workers and employers, ensuring successful account setup and usage.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and platform usage.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and cold calling.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
