Company: Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company)
Functional Area: Parts Room
The Role
The Parts Room Tech with supervision will apply best practices, in a safe and constructive manner, to issuing, shipping, receiving and returning parts as well as cycle counts and other duties as assigned.
What You'll Do
  • Efficiently issues, receives and returns parts utilizing established best practices in the Parts Room.
  • Consistently looks to improve processes and eliminate waste and improve methods of inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in locating and distributing parts as needed while displaying a positive attitude.
  • Take consistent steps to ensure a safe and well-organized parts room. Takes total ownership of the MRO freight shipping and receiving area when assigned.
  • Displays constructive communication skills with customers, co-workers, leadership and all that they interact with.
  • Eagerly participates in required CBT training and reaches out for assistance as needed to understand the training, identifying any challenges in attaining the training in a timely manner.
  • Focuses daily efforts to support tasks outlined in the MRO Reliability Plan.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous parts and/or production experience Preferred. Must have completed applicable sessions to be identified as a Parts Room Tech I. Pursuing Tech II status within 12 months of designation as a Parts Room Tech I.
  • Basic and emerging knowledge of EAM system.
  • Basic computer (Word and Excel) and math skills.
  • Provides excellent customer service and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to assist in on-boarding and training with Pasts Room Tech Trainees.

The base pay range for this position is $20.70 per hour, plus night shift premium of $1.25. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
