RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
Sell a Full Product Portfolio
  • Offer ACA plans (On and Off Marketplace)
  • Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Standalone Prescription Drug Plans
  • Present ancillary products including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short-term medical, and life insurance
  • Deliver consultative solutions tailored to each client's needs

Leverage Inbound Opportunities & Tools
  • Handle inbound calls and organization-generated leads
  • Use integrated systems including CRM, phone platform, quoting, and submission tools
  • Provide an exceptional client experience from first conversation through enrollment

Build & Grow Your Book of Business
  • Help manage and expand one of the largest books of business in Florida for Florida Blue
  • Focus on retention and renewal growth
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with strong bonus potential

QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
  • Active Florida 2-14, 2-15, or 4-40 license
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Current on CE credits
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer applications
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic market
  • Strong communication skills and client-first mindset
